What counts as an active unit?
A unit with at least one homeowner connected on WhatsApp. Unsold units and units without a homeowner aren't billed.
When does the recurring fee stop?
When the project is completed and all units are handed over. Plinth is priced around the construction journey, not as a forever subscription.
Do homeowners pay anything or install an app?
No. Homeowners use the WhatsApp they already have, and there's no cost to them.
Is there a charge per question or per message?
Homeowner questions and assistant answers are unlimited. WhatsApp charges businesses for some outbound template messages, like milestone updates; we pass those through at cost.
Can we start with one project?
Yes, and most builders should. Start with the project that gets the most status questions, then add the rest once your team has seen it work.
What do we need to provide for setup?
Your project structure (towers and units), a homeowner list (CSV or CRM export), your current schedule and any FAQs or documents you already share. We do the rest with your team.
